Learning Outcome 5&6:  

I believe my Significant Writing Project shows several of my abilities, but in particular, it shows my ability to cite sources using MLA guidelines. In high school, we used the MLA format as well for all our papers, so I was fairly comfortable when it came time to implement them into my paper. I would like to think that I do a good job with not having to do too many local revisions, but when I do, I try to strengthen my sentences by looking for redundancy throughout the paper. Not being repetitive is very hard to do because it is just so easy to reuse words and if you can limit the use of repeat yourself in your writing, it shows you have good diction, which is vital when it comes to writing.
